Walk-In Freezer and Packing Facility

To meet a continuous customer demand with a seasonal product, The Morgans are building a 12′ x 40′ packing facility. This structure will be built on a concrete slab and will be insulated and have electricity.
The structure will house the trailer they use to transport their beef and it will also contain a packing room that will accommodate a new 10′ x 10′ walk-in freezer. The result of the project will be additional production capacity, improved operational efficiency, and increased revenue. Additionally, moving the packing and storage operation out of their personal residence will improve their quality of life.
