Vinegar Production Expansion

To increase production to meet demand of locally produced apple-cider vinegar, Locally Good Farm expanded their vinegar production facility and started a ¼ acre orchard. Until they received the grant, they had maxed out production space and acquire apples, and other fruits from local organic farmers.
With this project, they will be able to better meet demand of local and distant customers, supply themselves with a more sustainable and consistent supply of fruit for their product to attract guests to their farm. The upgrade to their production facility will increase production from 180 gallons to 500 gallons a year.
They currently sell in 20+ retail stores and a few restaurants. Increased production will allow them to reach their goal of adding 10 to15 new retail outlets a year.
