With the addition of a new educational shelter, The Farmer’s Hands has the capacity to increase attendance and expand their agritourism events.
This basic shelter with electricity is being used for farm-to-table dinners, homesteading/small farm workshops, outdoor cooking classes and private events. In the past three years they have hosted over 16 farm-to-table dinners, 10 workshops and numerous tours hosting over 700 people.
With the new dedicated shelter, they will be able to increase attendance and reduce the stress, labor and costs of renting tents and making inclement weather arrangements.
