The Jackson County Farmers’ Market is among three farm groups and 23 farmers throughout Western North Carolina that were awarded $150,000 through this year’s WNC Agricultural Options program. In conjunction with the Community Table, the Farmers’ Market will open a community commercial kitchen for farmers to process, preserve and package foods.
